Cancellation of CCD Classes

St. Care's holds CCD Classes when schools in the Westerly Public School District are physically in session.  At the direction of the Governor all Rhode Island public schools will be closed through April (a period of time to be evaluated).

As a result, there will be no CCD classes during this time.

Please note that at beginning of the year, make up days were scheduled for March 30 and April 6.  Those days will not be used.

More specific information about religious education will be posted soon.

We will update as necessary.  Please check back for further information.

Religious Education

Volunteer ministers deepen and expand knowledge of  Catholic faith for elementary and middle school students and Confirmation candidates. They prepare candidates for the sacraments of Marriage, Baptism, and the Rite of Adult Christian Initiation, and they provide on-going education for the parish community in general. Religious education touches those of all ages in our faith community.

If you are interested in joining this  Ministry, please call the parish office at 401-348-8765.
